In the last two days of the first half of 2024, our company's Human Resources and Administration Department successfully organized an internal training session. The meeting featured internal trainers including the company founder Zhang Chuanzhong, General Manager Chao Hui, Sales Department Director Zhang Hongwei, and Human Resources and Administration Manager Chen Li, aiming to enhance employees' professional skills and team management capabilities. During the afternoon training, Sales Director Zhang Hongwei shared his insights and experiences from his sales career, offering valuable practical advice to the participants. In the afternoon session, the company's founder, Zhang Chuanzhong, delivered a speech titled "The Development of Henan Train Head in the New Situation."
